What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and popular wallets (options vary by country and are shown at checkout). All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Maybe! We process orders quickly for fast shipping. If you need to change the address, items, or cancel, contact us ASAP. If your order has already shipped, we’ll help with a return instead.
I didn’t get an order confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us with your name and the order email—it’s an easy fix.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders leave the warehouse within 24–48 business hours. Typical transit times:

How do I track my order?
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our tracking page—enter your tracking number to see your order status.
My package is delayed or shows delivered but I don’t have it.
Start by checking with neighbors/building staff and your local carrier office. If you still can’t locate it after 48 hours, contact us—we’ll help investigate and file a claim if needed.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain beauty items (e.g., opened cosmetics, used applicators) may be non-returnable. Any exceptions will be noted on the product page.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us with your order number and the item you’d like to return/exchange. We’ll reply with next steps and a return label if applicable.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds typically post to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Can I exchange for a different color/style?
Yes—let us know what you’d like instead. If it’s in stock, we’ll set it aside; otherwise we’ll process a return and you can reorder.

Yes. We carefully curate pieces for performance, durability, and everyday ease. If something doesn’t meet our standards, we won’t stock it.
An item I want is out of stock—what now?
Click “Notify me when available” (where offered) or email us. We restock customer favorites regularly.
Do you offer product warranties?
Some items include a manufacturer warranty. Check the product description or contact us with the product name and your order number.
How do I care for my item?
Each product page includes care tips. If you need more detailed guidance, send us a quick message and we’ll advise.

Do you price-match?
We work hard to keep pricing fair every day. If you spot a lower advertised price from a reputable seller, send it over—we’ll see what we can do.
